I got an out-of-stock notification, what do I do?


That sucks and we are really, really sorry. This isn't a frequent occurrence, but we are humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. (You'd think counting would be easier... 1, 2, 3... where was I again?)

If the item that you wanted went out of stock after you purchased it, we can swap the item for something of up to $10 more in value or issue you store credit so that you can select whatever your heart desires.

If we don't hear anything from you within 3 business days, we'll go ahead and send you an electronic gift card for the total of your order, plus $10, so that you may create your new order at your leisure.
