I got an out-of-stock notification, what do I do?


That sucks and we are really, really sorry. This isn't a frequent occurrence, but we are humans, and sometimes we make mistakes. (You'd think counting would be easier... 1, 2, 3... where was I again?)

If the item that you wanted went out of stock after you purchased it, we can swap the item for something of up to $10 more in value or issue you store credit so that you can select whatever your heart desires.

If there is absolutely nothing else that you want, we are more than happy to issue you a credit card refund. We're even going to waive the processing fee, because we feel really bad we didn't have your dream item.
